Low Carb Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

plain yogurt 1 cup
Vega chocolate protein powder 2 tsp
(Optional) Collagen Peptides per instructions
(Optional) Blueberries as desired

Preparation

  1. Scoop one cup of plain yogurt into a bowl
  2. Add a couple of teaspoons of chocolate flavour protein powder (I like the Vega chocolate)
  3. I also add some powdered collagen peptides
  4. And sometimes I add a few blueberries
