Vega chocolate protein powder | 2 tsp |
(Optional) Collagen Peptides | per instructions |
(Optional) Blueberries | as desired |
Preparation
- Scoop one cup of plain yogurt into a bowl
- Add a couple of teaspoons of chocolate flavour protein powder (I like the Vega chocolate)
- I also add some powdered collagen peptides
- And sometimes I add a few blueberries
