Preparation
- Sauté onions in olive oil over medium heat until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
- Add garlic, cook for 1 minute.
- Incorporate greens gradually, stirring to coat. Cover and cook 4-5 minutes until wilted.
- Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Top with walnuts before serving.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
