Ingredients

Mixed greens (kale, spinach, dandelion greens) 2 cups
Ripe avocado 1/4 medium
Frozen mixed berries 3/4 cup
Pear, cored 1 small
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Extra virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon
Unsweetened almond milk 3/4 cup
Chia seeds 1 tablespoon
Fresh ginger, grated 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on high for 60 seconds until smooth.
