Mediterranean Berry Bliss Bowl

Ingredients

Unsweetened oat milk 1 cup
Frozen mixed berries 1½ cups
Kale leaves, stems removed 1 cup
Greek yogurt ¼ cup
Almonds, chopped 2 tablespoons
Flaxseeds, ground 1 tablespoon
Ground turmeric ½ teaspoon
Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
Raw honey 1 teaspoon

Preparation

  1. Blend oat milk, berries, kale, yogurt, turmeric, and cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Transfer to bowls.
  3. Garnish with almonds, flaxseeds, and a honey drizzle.
